Natalie supports the behind-the-scenes systems that help Radius run smoothly, with a focus on billing, insurance, claims, and practice operations. She works closely with patients, providers, and insurance carriers to navigate benefits, authorizations, claims, and other administrative details that can otherwise make healthcare feel unnecessarily complicated.
With a background in nutrition management from Chico State University and healthcare administration, Natalie has a particular strength for identifying gaps in processes and creating practical systems that making things clearer, more efficient, and easier to manage. Since joining Radius, she has helped develop and improve workflows for new patient onboarding, insurance verification, Workers’ Compensation cases, scheduling, staff training, and revenue cycle management.
Natalie values clear communication and believes the administrative side of healthcare should support the patient experience, not create additional stress. She enjoys solving complicated problems, building better systems, and helping both patients and the Radius team get the information they need.
Outside of Radius, Natalie is an entrepreneur and enjoys running, yoga, crafting, travel, and spending time with her family and pets.
